TESTING? TESTING? ONE, TWO, THREE???
Just a little fun with you all...this is my very first ...just out of the womb...fresh from the garden... blog post!!! Are you all as nervous about this as I am? What if I say the wrong thing? What if I say the right thing? How on earth would I even know?
I guess I will start by saying a little bit about my chunky monkey self...I am that....a chunky monkey. I love to eat and that isn't going to end anytime soon...FACT!!! I do have a heart condition and high blood pressure so I unfortunately have to work on the quality of food I eat....BUMMER. I was just diagnosed with all of this last year and so let me just say it is a work in progress...hard work for this fatty pattie...haha!
I have three children. All grown up with children of their own which makes me a grand parent....I love being a memaw...
These are the two freshest grandbabies I have...real cutie pies...don't cha think?
The other thing you should know about me is that I LOVE to sew and craft...it is my passion. I will share some of my projects as we go along...
I am also a home cook...I will be sharing recipes that I have found to be tried and true. I am a farmers daughter so that is my cooking style. If that is even considered a style heehee.
In closing today I will say thank-you to all of our service men and women. I am so very grateful for you all.
